SC and ST candidates get 5 extra years. OBC candidates get 3 extra years. People with disabilities get 10 to 15 extra years. Ex-servicemen get extra years based on their military service. Widows, divorced women, or women separated from their husbands can apply up to age 35, or age 40 if they are SC or ST. You can only use one of these rules to lower your age requirement. You cannot combine them.

Pay Scale: The starting salary is Rs. 47,700. It increases with annual increments, eventually reaching Rs. 70,200 and higher as you advance in grade.
