Likely yes, as interviews are usually conducted alongside written or skill tests. Final selection will be based on your combined performance across all recruitment stages.

Important Application Guidance
With 19 different positions currently open, it is best to focus your application on the role that most closely suits with your professional background and skill. If you have 10+ years of experience in a government or institutional setup, posts like Superintending Engineer, Deputy Registrar, or Deputy Librarian (Level 12-13) suit senior profiles, though competition here is tough. With 5 to 8 years of experience, roles like Senior Superintendent, Principal Technical Officer, or Senior Technical Officer (IT) are a good fit. If you're at the 4 to 5 year category, posts like Junior Technical Assistant, Junior Office Assistant, or Junior Engineer have the most vacancies and may be easier entry points. If your background includes specialized qualifications such as pharmacy, nursing, physical education, counseling, or translation, these roles usually see a smaller, more focused group of applicants.
A few practical things worth keeping in mind before you apply: once you submit the form, you cannot go back and fix mistakes, so fill it once as a draft, check it against your original documents, and then submit. If you are applying to more than one post, you will need to pay the fee separately for each. Note that for Junior Engineer, Civil and Electrical candidates are merged into one merit list, so your final post could depend on your overall rank rather than just your specialization. Ensure your documents are ready and consistent, meaning the same name and dates appear across all certificates, experience letters are on proper letterhead with a signature and seal, and category certificates are within their validity period. Finally, the notification itself warns about site slowdowns closer to the deadline, so it is safer not to wait until the last day.
In short, apply where your experience genuinely fits, keep your documents in order, and do not rush the form at the last minute.
