Educational Qualifications & Mandatory Certifications

Minimum Educational Qualification (All Posts):

Bachelor's Degree from a University established by law in India OR equivalent qualification

Mandatory Computer Qualification (Any one):

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution/university established by law in India, OR
  • 'O' Level Certificate awarded by NIELIT/DOEACC Society, OR
  • 'CCC' Certificate in Computer Science from recognized institute established by law in India

Operational Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operation
  • Minimum Typing Speed: 25 Words per minute in English Typing on Computer

Preferential Qualification:

Candidates who have:

  • Served in the Territorial Army for minimum two years, OR
  • Obtained 'B' Certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC)

shall be given preference, other things being equal, in direct recruitment.

Qualification Date: All qualifications must be possessed on the closing date of submission of online application form (21 June 2026).
